Graduated from Butler University with a bachelor’s in secondary education: human movement and health science education. I started coaching after spending time working as a public school educator, first working at Bears Fit as a personal trainer. Spent time shadowing Mark Felder, head strength coach of Evanston Township High School, and Mar’Quone Edmonds, owner and head coach of Quest Performance Training, both learning and helping with their summer S&C programs for their high school and college groups, respectively. Most recently, I spent two years working for Lake Forest Academy, running their strength and conditioning program for the school’s sports teams, including the prep hockey team.
