Designed for athletes of all sports. The Advanced level program was created to be a bridge between high school and college sports performance training. This is possible by the fact that in our Advanced program, each new athlete will go through a foundation building strength program. Upon completion, each athlete will receive a custom weightlifting program that is designed with his or her current capabilities, sport and current season in mind. Athletes work more independently in this program with the guidance and supervision of the coaching staff.
The Advanced program has a competitive atmosphere where our athletes encourage and challenge each other daily. Whether it be on the turf, working on agility and cut angles, or in the weight room, our Advanced athletes are required to bring it every day.
Coming this summer:
Our Advanced program will now be called our Performance group.
