Summer College Program

The 12-week summer college program will increase your size, strength, explosiveness, and speed. Within our performance model, each athlete will receive a custom strength & power development training program designed to increase their overall athletic ability and natural talents, along with elite coaching and programming to increase acceleration, top-end speed, agility, vertical jump and change of direction.

Each Athlete Will Receive:

  • Pre-screen and movement assessment
  • Mobility, stability, and flexibility training
  • Advanced strength and power training
  • Speed and agility training
  • Performance testing (40-yd dash metrics/ 5-10-5 shuttle/ vertical and broad jump testing)
  • Sport specific drills and conditioning
  • Nutrition and Recovery mentoring
