Designed for athletes of all sports, the Performance level program was created to be a bridge between high school and college sports performance training. We make this possible by first having each new athlete go through a foundation building strength program. Upon completion, each athlete will receive a custom strength training program which is customized with his or her current capabilities, sport, and current season in mind. Athletes work more independently in this program with the guidance and supervision of the coaching staff.
The Performance program has a competitive atmosphere where our athletes encourage and challenge each other daily. Whether it be on the turf, working on agility and cut angles, or in the weight room, our Advanced athletes are required to bring it every day.
