WHAT THEY SAY

Coach Tiesman is a great trainer for my boys ages 12 and 10. I know this training is what will give my kids the upper hand while playing their sport. BIG NEWS!

We partnered with Coach Shane Virnala to create a speed, agility and QB development camp for QB’s and skill players.

  • This camp will be run at the Northshore Sports Center in Northbrook, IL.
  • This is a 2-day camp, running 4 hours each day for QB’s and 2 hours each day for skill positions. QBs will run from 12-4pm and skill positions will be from 1-3pm, daily.
  • The camp is open to ages 12+. Please download our mobile app to register and contact us with any questions!
