High School Football Strength & Conditioning
Our High School football program is dedicated to the athletes that are serious about their game. Our training will prepare an athlete from the ground up or build on their current skillsets to be an elite football player and overall dominant athlete.This program demands consistency, attention to detail, high effort, and passion to be great. Speed development, strength training, olympic lifting technique, football specific skills, and corrective exercises to ensure your body is optimized to perform at peak levels will be our focus over the off-season.
Each class will be structured as follows:
- 90 Minute Sessions
- 40 minutes of daily skill development - 50 minutes of weight room training
- Video analysis speed and agility movements as well as olympic lifting technique
- Up to 20 athletes per session for a high energy atmosphere to challenge and push you
- Mobility & Recovery to finish
