DEVELOPMENT
Designed for athletes of all sports, the Development Program builds on foundational movement skills and introduces structured weight training to enhance power, strength, speed, and endurance. Each 60-minute session is closely monitored by our coaching staff to ensure proper technique, safety, and continual progress.
Athletes will also work through advanced methods to develop speed, quickness, linear and lateral movement, plyometric ability, and core strength. Beyond physical performance, this program emphasizes the mental side of training—including goal setting, visualization, and positive self-talk—to help athletes build confidence and prepare for higher levels of competition.



Each class will be structured as follows:
90 Minute Duration
Classes are broken into a 45 minute skill development section and a 45 minute weight room section
Instructor Guided Classes
Coaches will be ensuring proper technique is driven home and that athletes have the proper progression or regressions to select exercises, movements, and drills
Recovery
As athletes begin to stress the body more regularly and push harder, the recovery process becomes crucial to proper adaptation. Athletes will be instructed and have access to utilize our many recovery tools as well as mobility/stretching emphasis cooldowns.
