DEVELOPMENT

Designed for athletes of all sports. Ensuring that each athlete is being monitored and coached, our Development program builds on basic movements and begins introducing appropriate level weight training to increase POWER, STRENGTH, SPEED, and ENDURANCE.

Athletes will also begin working on advanced methods to help develop speed, quickness, linear and lateral movement, plyometric training, and core strengthening. An additional emphasis of this program is the time dedicated to preparing athletes mentally by introducing goal setting, visualization training, and positive self-talk strategies.

Each class will be structured as follows:

90 Minute Duration

Classes are broken into a 45 minute skill development section and a 45 minute weight room section

Instructor Guided Classes

Coaches will be ensuring proper technique is driven home and that athletes have the proper progression or regressions to select exercises, movements, and drills

Recovery

As athletes begin to stress the body more regularly and push harder, the recovery process becomes crucial to proper adaptation. Athletes will be instructed and have access to utilize our many recovery tools as well as mobility/stretching emphasis cooldowns.
