Designed to introduce and educate the youth athlete on the benefits of sports performance training. Our youth sports performance training program will increase motor-skill development, coordination, stability, and strength. We will utilize bands, ladders, plyometric boxes, medicine balls and bungee cables amongst other training methods in the classes. Most importantly, we ensure that each session is FUN and our athletes become more confident each day!

Each class will be structured as follows:

60 Minute Duration

Classes are broken into a skill development section and complimentary strength training

Instructor Guided Classes

Coaches guide the group throughout the entirety of the class ensuring proper form and focus is not lost


While sessions will always focus on the athletes overall development, an emphasis on some FUN needs to be present in our younger classes! They must enjoy the process at an early age to gain “buy-in”
