FOUNDATION

Designed to introduce and educate young athletes on the fundamentals and benefits of sports performance training. Each 60-minute session focuses on developing coordination, stability, strength, and overall athletic movement patterns.

Athletes will train using bands, ladders, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, bungee cables, and other age-appropriate tools to build a strong athletic foundation. Most importantly, every session is designed to be fun, engaging, and confidence-building, helping athletes develop a lifelong love for training and movement.

Each class will be structured as follows:

60 Minute Duration

Classes are broken into a skill development section and complimentary strength training

Instructor Guided Classes

Coaches guide the group throughout the entirety of the class ensuring proper form and focus is not lost

Fun

While sessions will always focus on the athletes overall development, an emphasis on some FUN needs to be present in our younger classes! They must enjoy the process at an early age to gain “buy-in”
